Responsibilities:
Execute food preparation and cooking, following recipes and adhering to quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Work in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands and deliver dishes in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area
