Working meticulously, you meet high-quality standards and communicate seamlessly with your fellow cooks. You also take pride in following recipes precisely, ensuring each plate leaving your station is a masterpiece of flavor and safety. You manage your time efficiently, clean as you go, restock supplies, and stay attuned to health regulations. We are a 24-hour, full-service restaurant that has been serving the St. Charles area since 1991! We take pride in serving the type of food one's Grandmother would make. Many of our guests are regular customers who consider us their home away from home, and we love it!
