Line Cook - Murray Bros. Caddyshack

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the opening and closing procedures for the kitchen stations.
• Prepare food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, appetizers, desserts, and preparing salads.
• Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes.
• Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• One year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
