As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and presenting menu items, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and upholding our standards for taste, quality, and presentation.

 

Responsibilities:

    •    Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

    •    Ensure all dishes are plated and presented beautifully.

    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    •    Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

    •    Monitor food quality and freshness, and adhere to food safety guidelines.

    •    Assist in prepping ingredients and stocking the kitchen as needed.

 

Qualifications:

    •    Previous kitchen experience in required.

    •    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    •    A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

    •    Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry.

    •    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
