Dating back to the 1700s, the Barnsboro Inn has stood the test of time offering great food, service and a friendly environment. We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who has worked in fast paced and high volume environments. Our ideal candidate is looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in an expanding environment.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for plate presentation, and ensuring food quality meets our high standards. Seeking experience in soup making, broiling, and fryer operations. You will also be expected to have strong skills in batch cooking, portion control, knife skills, sauce making, grilling, salads, and accommodating special diets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
