Line Cook Prep Cook - Hops and Barley

The Line Cook is responsible for food production at one or more hot line stations, ensuring that all foods are produced according to recipe and plate presentation specifications. The Line Cook will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of food products. It is required for Line Cooks to maintain a clean and sanitary work station.

You must be able to follow recipes, prep food and be efficient in using a knife.
