About the Job
Lucca Ristorante is hiring line cooks. We have been in business for 26 years and going strong. We try to do things a little differently at Lucca in regard to our kitchen, We do not have a Chef or Sous Chef, we are an owner-managed kitchen. I set the standards of the kitchen and you have the freedom to execute, be creative, and grow. How much you make and where you go in your career is up to you. If you are passionate about cooking and can keep your head straight there is always room to grow.

What we Require:
- Ability to show up to work on time, when scheduled free of outside issues
- Ability to have a positive attitude and understand if we aren't busy then we don't need employees
- Ability to learn, follow directions, and stay on task.
- Willingness to actually work, not my job doesn't go very far here.
- The ability to work in a higher volume kitchen, accurately cook tickets, and keep each dish consistent, shortcuts, and poorly executed dishes hurt us all. We ask you to cook each dish as if your name was on the building.

Saturday-11 am-5 pm
Sunday 11 am-9 pm
Monday 12 pm-9 pm
Tuesday 12 pm-9 pm
Wednesday 12 pm-9 pm
Thursday -Off
