Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and assemble ingredients for menu items, following recipes and portion control guidelines.
Cook and prepare Tex-Mex dishes, including grilling, frying, sauting, and plating, to meet quality and presentation standards.
Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered to the kitchen team in a timely manner, coordinating with other cooks and kitchen staff.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment cleaning and sanitization.
Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure they meet our quality standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines precisely.
Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and organized service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle high-stress situations.
