Wintergarden Tavern in Livonia, MI is seeking both (Full and Part Time) Line Cooks to join our culinary team. You must have a minimum of one year Line-Cooking experiance in a full service restaurant.  If you have a passion for creating delicious dishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Menu execution
• Plate presentation
• Preparing pasta dishes
• Making soups from scratch
• Broiling, frying, sautéing
• Knife skills for precision cutting
• Ensuring food quality standards are met
• Making sauces from scratch
• Creating salads
• Grilling meats to perfection
• Portion control to minimize waste
• Preparing desserts
