Line Cook
Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite and friendly individual with a willing to learn attitude. The individual should be punctual and reliable. Should be ale to complete basic food prepping tasks. Individual will be expected to prepare and cook food, according to recipes, in a specific station. Line Cooks need to be able to handle a fast paced operation while embodying Love, Food, and Energy. Will play an essential role in contributing to guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Job duties
·Assist in stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
·Prepping food including cleaning and cutting ingredients.
·Plating food according to menu builds.
·Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils at the end of shifts.
·Follow proper food and safety standards and regulations.
·Keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with other kitchen team members and management to reorder supplies.

Physical Skills and Qualifications
·Most work for this position is performed in a kitchen and requires trips to a walk-in refrigeration unit and walk-in freezer unit.
·Must have the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
·Must have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
