Line Cook (Italian Food) - Trevi Square Pizza + Kitchen

Trevi Square Pizza + Kitchen is interviewing candidates for the Line Cook and Prep positions. Candidates should have professional experience on the line, sautee, and grill.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Head Chef
• Prepping food, sauces, vegetables, etc. for the day
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service
• Communicates in a positive professional manner
• Maintain a sparkling clean and sanitary work environment
