About the Job
We have an immediate sous chef opening for an upscale casual dining Indian restaurant located in the North Center, Chicago, IL.
Job responsibilities are:
- Ensure that all food items are prepared as per standard recipes
- To assist the Head Chef in maintaining the quality of food prepared and served by adhering to the budget
-To work towards an economical food cost percentage, without compromising the quality of the food being produced
Qualifications:
Strong previous experience
High-volume experience
Understands quality
SERVSAFE Certification
Employment Type: Full-Time
