Job Description: As a line cook for our company you will play a crucial role in our kitchen ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work environment and collaborating with the rest of the kitchen staff to deliver high quality food. 

Responsibilities: 

* Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards

*  Ensure that all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation

* Assist with inventory management and stocking

* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

* Follow all health and safety guidelines 

* Assist with other kitchen duties as needed 

Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a line cook or similar role is preferred

* Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment 

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

*Excellent  communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 Lbs.

*Flexibility to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, and Holidays as needed.  

Shifts:

10am-4pm, 10am-8pm, 4pm-9pm.
