Position Summary:

We're looking for a Line Cooks for our Culinary team. The position involves working in a fast-past kitchen, ensuring food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to the highest standard according to the Chef’s recipes and specifications.

Join a team of dedicated culinary professionals, led by an award-winning Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, who are enthusiastic about creating an excellent dining experience for our members and guests. Our ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, has a passion for food, an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.

What You'll Do:

• Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes.
• Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
• Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas.
• Collect trash from kitchen areas, empty garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags.
• Examine garbage for silverware, dishes and glassware. Remove and clean as necessary.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Clean dish machine after each meal period.
• Assist in food preparation, putting away deliveries, and cleaning coolers, freezers and storage rooms as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Two years of Line Cook experience

• Private club or fine dining experience a plus

• Attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
