Prepare and serve meals according to menus prepared by the Dietary Manager and Head Cook.

Act as Head Cook for certain shifts every pay period.
Adhereto prescribed diets of theresidentsor dietary requests from management
Ensures food is prepared, served and stored using propersanitation guidelines
Maintains cleanliness of work area and timeliness of meal service
