Hiring Immediately. Hours available Immediately! Join us at PIER 290. A fun and fast paced work environment. Work with a great core of individuals who care about food and share a passion for fun. Some experience is required, but we are willing to train. Hiring for Salad, Fry, Grill and Saute station
Hiring for Lunch Shifts: 9am - 5pm
Hiring for Dinner Shifts: 2pm - 11pm
Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat, fish and vegetables.
- Braising and grilling meat, fish and vegetables.
- Preventing cross-contamination.
- Cook meat, fish, and vegetables with customers' preferences
- Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
- Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
