Line Cook at Hotels Unlimited

The DoubleTree Hotel of Tinton Falls is seeking a Line Cook. We want to hear from you!

In this position, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the hotel's kitchen, which includes cooking for the on-site restaurant, room service, and all hotel functions. Join a great team and help us maintain our Quality and Consistency.

Job Requirements:

Help ensure compliance with our F&B policies and procedures

Be on time

Be professional

Maintain a clean and professional appearance with the possibility to learn and grow within the company

*Prior experience with high-volume restaurant/banquet food prep is preferred*

*Serv Safe certified candidates are preferred*

Knowledge of steak temperatures

Leadership experience only

Must be able to work independently
