Line Cook (earn up to $1500/wk) - Anthony's Runway 84

Runway 84 is seeking to hire Full Time Line Cooks to join our team! Up to $1,500+ per week! ($20+++ /hr) Anthonys Runway 84, a Fort Lauderdale staple since 1982, this Italian-American supper club is coming back stronger than ever with a major renovation. They also believe in quality, consistency and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized. *2+ years' experience working in high volume restaurant environment. *Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset *Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease. *Love of exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style. *Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. *Must enjoy an active role that *Commitment to excellence *Desire to learn *Passion for food and hospitality *Positive attitude Requirements/Responsibilities *Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies. *Stock inventory appropriately. *Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) according to recipe index. *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. *Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. *Maintain a high level of communication, understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items, and keep lines of dialogue during service productive and related to service. *Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions. *Clean up station and ensure proper storage of leftover food using proper sanitation and health standards. Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store the equipment at the end of shifts. Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
