About the Job
We are seeking a talented Part-time PM Line Cook to join our dynamic team in our open kitchen. As a key member of our culinary hospitality team, you will not only be responsible for preparing the best bagels west of the Mississippi but you will also be expected to engage with our customers, answer their questions about the food, provide samples, provide assistance with online orders, and even deliver food to customers when needed. This position requires someone who is skilled in both culinary arts and customer service, with a strong desire to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This is a high volume and fast paced position that requires someone who has the right energy to keep up while maintaining the high quality standards of our food. Pay & Benefits:
$15.27/hr + tips (avg $7-10/hr in tips, based on past year)

Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Engagement-
- Greets guests and handle transactions
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Actively answer customer questions about the food, ingredients, and cooking techniques, providing detailed and accurate information
- Offer samples of dishes to customers, showcasing the quality and flavors of our cuisine
- Assist customers in placing their orders, recommending menu items based on their preferences
- Assist with the service in the dining area and distribution of online orders
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a memorable dining experience
Culinary Expertise-
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency
- Keep an inventory of what you have at your station, restock food as needed
- Follow proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
