**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes consistently. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to specifications, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Job duties
**Prepare ingredients for menu items according to recipes and portion sizes
- Cook menu items with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes meet food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development and daily specials.

Skills and Qualifications
**Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Duties
- Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook in upscale or fine dining restaurant is preffered.
-Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
-Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
