Line Cook - Rum Runners

Overseeing BOH operation of high-volume full-service restaurant including hiring, scheduling, ordering, menu development and preparation. Experience in high volume restaurant required. Minimum 2 years management recommended,

Rum Runners is an exciting new venture located in The East Bank of the Flats. We'll be focused on beachy cocktails, live music and delicious food. Our patio will feature local accoustic acts 3+ days a week while inside we'll be turning it up with live Rock, Reggae and Blues bands.
