Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and dietary requirements
• Ensure food is cooked to perfection and properly plated for service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies
• Collaborate with the dining services team to create menus and special dishes
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Chef
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Friendliness and customer-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
