Are you interested in growing your culinary career?Boar's Headhas an amazing opportunity to add a seasoned Line Cook to our award winning culinary team! As a line cook you will support both the Old Mill Room and Bistro 1834.
As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing a variety of food at the Chef's discretion. You will need to be able to work autonomously, although the day-to-day responsibilities will be derived from the Sous Chef. Comply at alltimes with the Boars Head standards and regulations to encourage safe andefficient operations. Maintain aclean, neat, orderly, safe and sanitary work environment. Participate in the inventory process such as counting all food product within yourassigned storage location. Understand andensure correct procedures for storing and keeping food. Practice safe and proper use of equipment at all times. Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.
