In addition to base wages for Line Cooks (Pay $16-$19 per hour), our hourly employees participate in a shared tip pool. On average, this tip pool adds an additional wage of $4-$6 per hour to the employee's pay rate on the shifts worked. Ask the manager for details during your interview.
Line Cook Responsibilities Include:
- Execute our signature items in an open kitchen
- Ensure that we always have the highest quality items available for our guests
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards

The experience features vegetarian and vegan-friendly menu options, hormone-free selections, shawarma-spiced rotisserie chicken, hummus made from organic chickpeas and homemade items like pickled vegetables and hot mezze sides.
Israeli-born Chef Shai Fargian leads the kitchens after stints as a chef in New York City and Tel Aviv. He brings a mix of familiarity and unique flavors to the local dining scene.
