At Magdalena, the Line Cook role is a key position: challenging, rewarding and essential. The Line Cook, or Chef de partie, is responsible for preparing and plating food to the highest standards in a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen. The Line Cook ensures that stations are kept clean and stocked, dietary requests are honored, and dishes get to tables on time with the taste, temperature and presentation established by Executive Chef Scott Bacon and his management Team

EXPERIENCE

• Fine dining experience is fantastic! But if you are new to the field, friendliness, high standards and a motivated attitude will do the trick; we can teach you the rest. 

• High school or GED diploma, plus two years of Culinary program or related experience
