About the Job
-Cooks are required to assist in all aspects of food preparation and inventory controls while complying with industry food safety standards. Cooks must be able to understand and carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions independently. Cooks are required to work the duration of the Bank of America stadium schedule.
-At least 1 year experience in the restaurant cooking field is preferred but not required.
-Prepare dishes as per company standards and guidelines in a timely manner, meeting a 5-minute ticket time or less.
-Must uphold sanitation and safety standards
-Follow opening and closing procedures.
-Clean and sanitize food production area before and after shift.
-Reliable transportation
