30hop restaurant is coming to Lee's Summit, Missouri! Opening in January and hiring for training now. We are hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our team. Take your career to the next level as a Line Cook in our dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment!

Starting Pay for Line Cooks: $15 per hour and up based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time or part-time. Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on your availability. Emphasis on Weekend availability.
Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

Expectations
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months or more of line cook experience preferred
- Prolonged periods of walking or standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time.
