Our client, a highly regarded Colorado property management company, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee operations at their Denver property. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for community management.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred OR four years of experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and recent OSHA training is essential.
• Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Extensive Tax Credit knowledge, including full recertifications, is mandatory.
