Full-time Position
Payrate: $18/hr + .10 & .15 incentive for each hired billable hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-5:pm - some Saturday and evenings
​​​​​​Must be bilingual!

Located in Flower Mound, Texas
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Ideal candidate would be a warehouse employee who has multi-year experience as an order selector or other warehouse position and is looking to use their skills with much-less physical activity. We will train the recruiting pieces if you have the operational foundational knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.

· Source candidates from multiple job boards, resume databases, social media, and other niche sites, conduct screening interviews, and document the process and feedback in our applicant tracking systems/onboarding systems.

· Proactively develop pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs

· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

Qualifications
· Warehouse experience is a big plus!

· A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience for a wide variety warehousing light industrial positions

· Proficient with Windows Office Applications
