Job Description:
- Candidates must be local to the Manassas, VA area as position is an onsite position.
- Requires a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Must be able to follow work instructions and/or procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, use of fine motor skills needed
- Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required
- Being committed to teamwork and having excellent interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to define and communicate problems verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow all safety procedures including use of protective equipment
- Contributes to a positive team culture by building effective relationships with others, contributing to Operations Excellence Teams (OETs), and accountable for assigned tasks.
- Experience with detailed painting aircrafts or automobiles is required.
- Candidate with military experience is highly desired.
