Job Title: Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products for shipping.
• Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Measure, cut, crimp, wrap, and attach fittings on products.
• Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a light industrial or assembly role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
