POSITION SUMMARY
Install reels, pumps, tanks and piping associated with lubrication systems in auto and truck service garages.

Essential Functions Statements
- Install, troubleshoot and repair lift & lube systems.
- Diagnose electronic and mechanical issues and make appropriate repairs.
- Install new equipment following repair, test operation and make adjustments as necessary.
- Examine and listen to equipment, read inspection reports and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions.
- Reassemble equipment following repair, test operation and make adjustments as necessary.
- Test and replace electrical components and wiring.
- Repair or replace defective parts.
- Record details of repairs made and parts used.
- Calculate bills according to record of repairs made, labor time and parts used.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
One year of mechanical experience, hand and power tool experience required. Mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Automotive and truck garages. Requires working from manlift approximately 15-25 feet above the shop floors. Requires working around customers' equipment and vehicles.
