About the Job
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Insycle, you will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation to design and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that covers the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and advocacy.
You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing marketing initiatives that engage, retain, and grow our customer base through channels such as email marketing, website content, conversion optimization, paid advertising, webinars, and events.

What You’ll Do:
Content Marketing:
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and target audience interests
- Collaborate with the team on content to produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website
Campaign Management:
- Design and manage multichannel demand generation campaigns to drive, engage, and convert leads
- Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and keep existing users engaged with Insycle’s products and updates
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting networks to drive qualified traffic and conversions
Website & App Store Management:
- Manage and optimize Insycle’s website and app store listings for lead generation and customer education, including content updates, SEO strategy, and conversion rate optimization
- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance the overall user experience on Insycle’s digital properties
Analytics, Reporting, & Conversion Optimization:
- Track and analyze website performance, user engagement, and campaign metrics using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels to increase lead generation and conversion rates.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $80K - $110K OTE
- 0.05% - 0.1% Equity

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth through email, content, and digital platforms
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and analytics software
- Understanding of both sales-led revenue generation and product-led growth (PLG) strategies
- Experience managing website content, user journeys, and conversion optimization strategies
- A forward-thinking mindset about the marketing strategies, methodologies, and emerging technologies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences
