About the Job
Summary of Responsibilities: |
Partner with Agency Home Office and Field Management to provide enhanced training, marketing, sales strategies, and support to drive increased W&S Life sales. Assist Staff Managers and Financial Representatives in case prep, product selection, and competitive posture in the sale of the W&S Life core portfolio. Demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics; shows consistency among principles, values and behavior; builds trust with others through own authenticity and follow through on commitments. Provides a broad range of sales concept knowledge and core product understanding. Approximately 50% of activity will be outbound sales support and 50% of activity will be inbound support. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to independently make a broad range of decisions, escalating to Manager when appropriate and updating Manager on a regular basis. |
