We are looking for an Insurance Sales Representative who believes in localized personal customer focus. This position requires a professional who has a true understanding of the importance of life insurance. Established in Omaha, Nebraska, The Premer Agency has an impressive book of existing customers, some of which have been with AmFam for decades. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be focused on building strong relationships with new clients. In addition, you will be engaged with "warm" opportunities within the established relationships we have with our existing customers which is at the core of our success.

Salary Range: $38000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, gathering essential financial information, and providing personalized advice.
Sales Revenue Generation: Proactively contact existing and potential customers through networking and lead prospecting, identify life insurance coverage needs and close new business.
Customer Service: Address prospective and existing client inquiries with a focus on cross selling AmFam products and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently during the onboarding process.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate new leads and opportunities.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and changes in regulations related to insurance sales.
Requirements
License: Active or attainment of state of Nebraska life insurance producer license required for this position within 30 days of accepting the position and prior to employment.
Experience: Prior experience in life or Property and Casualty insurance is preferred. Retail or direct sales and customer service experience also strongly considered.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven history of strong customer interaction. Proficiencies in verbal and electronic communication is crucial to your success.
Technology: Must be detail oriented with data entry and maintenance of a CRM (Salesforce) as well as utilization of email, text and video conferencing tools for internal and external communication.
Positive Attitude: A positive and inviting attitude with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Collaboration Skills: Healthy proactive work ethic that induces respect and collaboration among coworkers in order to reach mutual goals.
