Here's what you'll do: As a New York Life Agent, you'll be offering high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, and other products for insurance and retirement planning needs. You'll also:
- Develop and implement business and marketing plans
- Prospect for potential clients
- Discuss the financial concerns and needs of individuals
- Present potential solutions using our suite of products and services
- Develop your professional skills and knowledge
$90,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
- Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
