We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. $100,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
• Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date

• Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security 

• Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far
• Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.”
• Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc.
