Licensing Specialist - Software Guidance & Assistance

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Licensing Specialist for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT . Hybrid 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities :

• As a member of the Volume Licensing Program Specialist team located in Lehi, Utah, you will be working on various projects, which would be directly helping Customers of Creative Cloud.
• Your charter will be to prove exceptional support to the Field Sales organization, including Enterprise, Inside, and Channel sales account managers on a worldwide basis.
• Your efforts will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and will contribute to overall success in the marketplace.
• As a member of the extended Volume Licensing Programs organization you will work with other cross functional operational teams such as Order Management, Finance, Customer Success, Contracts Administrative, and Legal. In addition, you will have opportunities to lead special projects and apply your ideas for improvements.

Required Skills :

• The successful candidate will be professional, and possess MS Excel skills, be organized, detail oriented, have a can do attitude, and have an internal strong sense of urgency.
• Supporting the various sales teams in a fast-paced environment
• excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and perform under pressure, superior analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
