Job Summary:
As a Coordinator - Corporate Services the individual will be responsible to perform a wide-range of licensing functions, including but not limited to: renewals, document management and project support. This role will be instrumental to assist the team by providing the additional support to meet regulatory deadlines and project due dates.

As a Coordinator - Corporate Services the individual will be responsible to perform a wide-range of licensing functions, including but not limited to: renewals, document management and project support. This role will be instrumental to assist the team by providing the additional support to meet regulatory deadlines and project due dates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and
- ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with
- internal and external requirements.
- Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal
- dates, and vendor information.
- Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply
- copies upon request.
- Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies
- regarding license renewals.
- Daily process of delivered and Interoffice mail.
- Prepares reports to support business needs and
- requests.
- Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments
- made by credit card.
- Perform other related duties to assist with special
- projects as requested by Management.
- 3 or more years of professional work experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
- Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
