Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). - Sherman Oaks Health and Rehab Center.

We are looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team, dedicated to providing compassionate and excellent care to our patients and their families.

Available Shifts: PT AM and PM

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in California
• Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise certified nursing assistants
• Oversee resident care and wellbeing
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Complete charting and treatment plans
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Make rounds with physicians as needed
• Orient new residents and families
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $34 - $36 per hour, based on various factors.
