Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN C) - Always Home Nursing Services, Inc.

Always Home Nursing Services, Inc., is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for direct patient care in the home setting for pediatric and young adult patients. *Candidate must be fluent in Cantonese. 

Responsibilities

· Utilizes the Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

· Perform Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) care which can include, but not limited to enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.

· Provide complete documentation of all care provided.

· The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Qualifications

· Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License

· Current BLS card

· One-year prior Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience preferred

-Fluent in Cantonese
