Monthly Stipend! - The LVN receives an annual stipend of $3,025.00, which is distributed as $302.50 monthly increments.Excellent Benefits! - AUHSD offers an outstanding health benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. - The District currently pays 100% of the health benefit premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the supervision of an administrator, and direction of a registered nurse assists and performs a wide range of technical and skilled nursing duties and provides physical care for students within the scope of practice for a Licensed Vocational Nurse; participates in maintaining student health records; supervises assigned staff; and performs other related duties as assigned.DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICSIncumbents are required to possess a Licensed Vocational Nurse certification. The Health Services Technician I classification is the entry-level class in the Health Services Technician Series. Incumbents are assigned to Junior High and High school sites and may provide health services to students.
