Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) 3pm-11pm. - Magnolia Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility.

We are hiring Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Granada Hills, CA. We seek dynamic individuals, whether new to the field or experienced, to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Available Shifts:

• Full-time on a 4/2 schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in California
• Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise certified nursing assistants
• Oversee resident care and wellbeing
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Complete charting and treatment plans
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Orient new residents and families
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)

Pay Scale: $28 - $35 per hour, based on various factors.
