Licensed Veterinary Technician Wanted (Full time or Part time)

All About Cats Veterinary Hospital is a cat-only clinic in Kirkland looking for a team member to bring skill and talent to our friendly and fun-filled practice.

We are looking for an LVT candidate with great communication skills, strong computer skills, and a wonderful personality.  We love to help mentor employees to gain skills and expertise in our modern, state-of-the-art facility with excellent doctors, LVTs, and a Veterinary Assistant. Your duties would include:

Assisting the Veterinarian in all medical procedures

Managing feline treatments

Monitoring hospitalized and surgical patients

Performing routine dental cleanings and digital dental radiographs

Conducting patient discharge discussions including post-operative care and medication administration

Providing client education in-person and over the phone

Managing in-house pharmacy and monitoring online pharmacy

Maintaining accurate medical and pharmacy records

Maintaining surgery, anesthesia, radiology, and QC logs

Scheduling appointments and surgeries

Lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted

Working on your feet 8-10 hours per day
