Job Summary:
The Licensed Speech Therapist's at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center will work closely with our residents and therapy department to provide rehabilitative care and improve quality of life. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in Littleton, Colorado that offers competitive salary of $45 to $48 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Licensed Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their goals.

Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living Community, is a 176-bed skilled nursing facility located in Littleton, CO. We have been operating for over 50 years and are looking for an individual to continue the tradition of the best in care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Performing patient assessments
- Developing individual treatment plans
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Administering therapy and monitoring progress
- Ensuring patients and their families are informed of new treatments and therapy techniques.
- Participate in regular training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
- State licensure as a Licensed Speech Pathologist.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Speech Pathologist.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with certain disorders and age groups may be required.
- Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
- Excellent relationship- building skills.
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
