EF Senior Care is currently seeking a Licensed Administrator Berkeley Retirement Home & Nursing Center in Lawrence, MA.

This is an interim to permanent opportunity. As Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, manage the staff, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations.
