About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a Skilled Nursing facility, working 37.5 - 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in a rehab center and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include:

Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients with respiratory and neurological conditions.

Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and documentation guidelines.

Monitoring departmental financial performance and implementing improvement strategies.

Contributing to staff development and maintaining professional licensure.

Providing patient treatments and clear documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Demonstrating safe working practices and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

Salary ranges from $37 to $45 per hour.
