Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCSW) - Hybrid - Eduvention Mentoring and Consulting

Eduvention Behaviorial Health (EMC) in Houston, TX is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPC or LCSW to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional mental health services to diverse individuals and families, contributing significantly to the well-being of our community. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care 
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
• Remain current on research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in social work
• Actively participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards as defined by relevant licensing boards and professional associations

Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Social Work, or related field, from an accredited program
• Active Texas LPC or LCSW licensure
• Minimum [1-2] years of experience working as an LPC or LCSW, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and intervention skills
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Ability to provide Telehealth as well as in-person services up to 3 days a week at our Houston office
  • Telehealth appointments require services in all operating cities (Houston, San Antonio, San Marcos and Austin)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience working with specific populations, preferred (e.g., children, adolescents, veterans, elderly) 
• Specialized certifications (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy)

Compensation & Benefits: 

• $50-70 per billable hours, DOE
