LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - Gpac

Seeking an LPN (night shift) for a well-established Long Term Care organization that prides themselves on having high ethical and providing quality care for seniors.  The LPN position is full time 35/40 hours.

Essential Duties of the LPN:

• Comply with Laws, Rules and Regulations governing provision of care for patients in Massachusetts
• Shift is from 11:00PM to 7:00 AM
• Caring for individuals that are dealing with memory impairments.
• Good communication
• Capable of working to Nursing Standards
• Able to motivate and lead subordinates

Qualifications of the LPN:

• Licensed to practice by the State of Massachusetts Board of Nursing as an LPN (or RN)
• Must be licensed or in the process of obtaining MA License
• Previous Experience with memory care or dementia care preferred
• Able to preform physical requirements of the position including lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, tolerating strong odors, repetitive motion, extensive use of computer
