Licensed Practical Nurse - Mitchell Martin

A Medicaid Certified 10 Bed Intermediate Care Facility located in Staten Island, NY with service to the surrounding community by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is looking for a LPN.

The Intermediate Care Facility program servers over 100,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities and other related conditions.

Schedule: Days: 8:00am-04:00pm/Evenings: 04:00p-12:00am/ Nights: 12:00am-08:00am
Location: Staten Island, NY

Responsibilities:
Thorough and current knowledge of methods and practices of nursing care
Provide overall nursing services to program participants, coordinate program participants
A professional team-player attitude
Comfortable with Gtube feedings

Requirements:
At least 6months to 1 year of experience
Must be familiar with Gtube and Trach care
NY LPN Nursing License
Must be BLS Certified
